Istanbul, Turkey Day 4

This is outside of our apartment. The kids loved jumping on these little ladybug rocks!

This guy was a great salesman. He sold us this beautiful plate, scarves and some turkish candles. Some beautiful stuff in there.

He showed us how to tie scarves…I remember none of them! This one is the "rose" tie. Isn't she cute!

The beautiful part called was right across the street from our apartment!

Istanbul, Turkey Day 3

 Little coffee and baklava…the kids actually liked that. They also found out the like apple tea…yum!!

Miles and Ayla were exhausted every night from all the walking around. They did great though. Such good travelers. 

Istanbul, Turkey Day 2

 Walked to a nice little coffee place close to the Spice Market. 
 Rainy day…so awesome!!

 We bought these umbrellas on the street!

 So many old beautiful buildings in Istanbul. It is in the Middle East, but it has such a European feel to it. We really loved this city!

 Happiness!!
 Ate outside every opportunity we had…also beer every opportunity we had! :)
 Lots of little kitties running around the city. We fed them…they were happy!

 Grand Bazaar in Istanbul…so amazing! You could get lost in this place and sooo many amazing pieces. We spent a lot of money here…:)
 We bought our first Middle Eastern Rug…it is so beautiful! We are now broke! Ha!
 Turkish Lamps…love these as well. We bought one and a shesha…cuz why not!!
